This professionally designed programme will guide your through a hypnobirthing journey with over 20 hours of interactive videos, downloads and resources. The programme is centred around the Mindful Parenting Model as developed by Claire Marshall – Clinical Hypnotherapist, hypnobirthing specialist and founder of Mind the Bump.

When should I take the programme?

It is never too soon to reduce stress and develop a positive mindset about childbirth– so you can take this course at any stage in pregnancy. Don’t worry if you are in later stages though, you’ll need to just ensure you have the time to absorb all the content and listen to the audios.
